Vegetarian Enhancer $55
Satisfy your vegetarian palette with this delicious selection. Serves 20 (4.5 lbs).
Guacamole, Vegan Hummus, our famous Fresh Grilled Vegetables, Sliced Cucumbers, and Sprouts. Crackers and sliced baguettes are an additional $3 each.

Asparagus Platter
Serves 20 (5 lbs): $65
Marinated Asparagus Spears and Roma Tomatoes topped with Feta cheese and Vinaigrette.

Cedar Planked Salmon
Approximately 4 lbs: $80
We coat four-pound sides of Salmon with fresh chopped Herbs and place them on aromatic Cedar Planks, then we oven roast them to seal in the flavor and top them off with a Dill sauce on the side. Add sliced baguettes and serve chilled or bring to room temperature. Perfect for appetizers, brunch al fresco, luncheons, and buffet parties.

Hoisen Plum-Glazed Planked Salmon
Approximately 4 lbs: $80
Fresh Side of Salmon glazed with Hoisin and Plum on a cedar plank served with Sliced Baguettes.

Tapas Bruschetta Bar

Buffet spread of Spicy Red Pepper Hummus, Grilled and Marinated Tapenade, Tuscan White Beans, Tomatoes, Basil and Mushrooms and Greek Olives. Served with Sliced Baguettes and Pita Triangles.

Smoked Side of Salmon
