Regents Continental Breakfast Package

Assortment of breakfast Pastries, Muffins, and assorted Bagels, Cream Cheese, Butter, Jam, Seasonal Fresh Fruit display, Orange Juice, Starbucks Coffee, Decaf, and Numi Organic Teas, and Cocoa assortment with sweeteners and creamers.

Breakfast Trifle
$40 (serves approximately 20 –25 guests)
Layers of lowfat yogurt, low-fat granola, bananas, strawberries, and seasonal berries artistically presented in a glass bowl.

Breakfast Scrambled Egg Wrap
$4.25 per wrap (minimum of 15 guests)
All wraps are cut in half. Choose between:

The Classic Breakfast Wrap– Bacon, peppers, Jack cheese.

The Huevos Breakfast Wrap– Refried beans, Cheddar cheese, and salsa.

The Sunrise Breakfast Wrap– Spinach, mushroom, and Cheddar cheese

Individual 4" Quiche

French Countryside Breakfast
$9.95 per person (minimum of 20 guests)
Spinach or mushroom quiche. Assortment of breakfast pastries, small muffins, butter and jam, seasonal fresh fruit display, orange juice, Starbucks coffee, decaf, Numi organic teas, and cocoa assortment with sweeteners and creamers.

Triton Breakfast
$12.95 per person (minimum of 20 guests)
Scrambled eggs, home-fried potatoes. Choice of bacon, sausage links, or Morningstar Vegan Sausage Links (2). Assortment of breakfast pastries and muffins, butter, jam, seasonal fresh fruit display, orange juice, Starbucks coffee, decaf, Numi organic teas, and cocoa assortment with sweeteners and creamers.

Side Dishes

$1.75 per portion (minimum of 20 guests)
French toast (2) with butter and maple syrup, and Waffles (2) with butter and maple syrup.

Hard-boiled eggs, 80¢ each

Individual lowfat yogurts, $1.60 each

Whole fresh seasonal fruit, $1 each


Breakfast Lox and Bagels
$50 • Serves 12 guests
Imported smoked salmon garnished with red onions, capers, tomatoes, whipped cream cheese, and one dozen assorted large bagels.

Fresh Fruit Tray
Seasonal fruits including assorted melons, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, and kiwi. Regular: Serves 20 (3.5 lbs) $35 • Large: Serves 40 (8 lbs) $65

MORNING BAKESHOP
Freshly baked and arranged on disposable trays. Includes high quality paper and plastic service, butter, jam, and honey.
