Mesa Residential Apartments offer unfurnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Each unit features carpeting, window coverings, stove and refrigerator. All units are pre-wired for cable television and feature private patios or balconies.

The North Mesa units consist of 256 two-bedroom apartments. Residents pay for electricity in these units. The University pays for gas, water and trash removal.

The Central Mesa units consist of 9 one-bedroom, 9 three-bedroom, and 182 two-bedroom apartments. These apartments feature floor to ceiling book shelves, upper units have vaulted ceilings with sky lights, and bathrooms have double sinks/medicine cabinets.

Residents pay for electricity in the two-bedroom units. The University pays for gas, water, and trash removal.

The South/West Mesa units consist of 240 two-bedroom units. These units also have built-in book shelves in the living room, upper units have cathedral ceilings and bathrooms have double sinks/medicine cabinets. Residents pay for electricity in these units. The University pays for gas, water and trash removal.

All basic utilities, except electricity, are included. The community is a park-like setting and amenities include community rooms, coin-operated laundry rooms, co-op garden plots, storage space for each apartment, parking, playgrounds for children, and an outdoor sports area providing courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball.

Campus is easily accessible via the city bus, campus shuttle, or by bicycle. Pets including birds, fish, and cats are permitted (limit of 2 cats per apartment please). A Pet Addendum to the housing agreement and $250 refundable pet deposit are required for cats.
