Room Selection: Room Rates

There are 2 base dining plans for the upcoming 2008-09 academic year based on the location of space, regardless of class standing.

• All students assigned to an apartment will have a 2100 Dining Plan
• All students assigned to a residence hall will have a 2750 Dining Plan

Dining Plans are included in the room and board rate and can be used at any Housing, Dining, & Hospitality restaurant.

Residence Hall Room Layouts and Rates:
Single Room Layout	Residence Hall Single Room Single rooms are about 100 SF, on average. Single rooms are offered at most Colleges (although subject to availability). The housing rate for a single room is $10,306 for the entire academic year.
Double Room Layout	Residence Hall Double Room Double rooms are about 190 SF, on average. Double rooms are offered in apartments and residence halls, depending on the particular facility. Double rooms are set up for two students. The housing rate for a double room is $9,506 for the entire academic year.
Triple Room Layout	Residence Hall Triple Room Triple rooms are appropriately furnished with a bed and desk for each student in the room; however, configurations vary by college and facility. The housing rate for a triple room is $8,756 for the entire academic year.
Deluxe Triple Room Layout photo not available	Deluxe Triple Room (Muir only) Muir College has a few rooms spatially designed to house 3 students in a room. Discounted rates are NOT offered for these rooms. All students in the room will receive the double room rate as noted above.

	Apartment Housing Single Room The housing rate for a single room is $9,994 for the entire academic year.
	Apartment Housing Double Room The housing rate for a double room is $9,194 for the entire academic year.
	Apartment Housing Triple Room The housing rate for a triple room is $8,444 for the entire academic year.
